96th Street and Keystone Parkway Road Improvements

 

The 96th Street and Keystone Parkway Road Improvements project was awarded to Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. by the City of Carmel in 2017. This project was a complete interchange reconstruction, under multiple phases, constructing a new bridge that elevated Keystone Parkway over 96th Street to improve traffic flow for the motoring public. Rieth-Riley performed the construction of a new two span bridge, MSE retaining walls, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, and concrete curb.
